Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in offering high-quality wines and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged or broken during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Returned within 10 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or the wine is spoiled/defective, please contact us immediately at [ shop@alpasion.com ] with:

  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • Your order number

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

  1. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

  1. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  1. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that are opened or returned due to a change of mind, in compliance with Argentine regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages.

  1. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will only be covered by us if the return is due to:

  • Damage
  • Defective goods
  • An incorrect order sent by our team

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
